Appointments for our services can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. We strive to accommodate your preferred time slots but cannot guarantee availability.​

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a service, you may request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or on the same day of service will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.​

We reserve the right to refuse service if the documents are incomplete or if proper identification is not provided.​
