Bring your document
Bring the unsigned document and one valid government-issued photo ID. Do not sign before we meet. The notary must witness the signature in real time.
We verify and seal
Identity verified. Signature witnessed in person. Notarial certificate completed with correct M.G.L. c. 222 language. Official seal applied.
You leave with the document
